The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:10 business days
Shipping time: 15-20 business days
Delivery time: 20- 30 business days
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over US $69.For orders less than $69, we will charge $7.99 for shipping.
Note: We do not accept rush orders, please place your order early for holiday gifts. If the order is refunded due to personal reasons, we will charge a 15% handling fee.
Notes:1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.2) Shipping Time does not include a 3-7 business days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP.
